Interview Reflection #1

I learned alot of different things from m interview. It is very difficult to narrow it down. I learned about the team structure on SWAT, the training, the qualifications and different books to read. I think I learned alot from the interview about the specific kind of mentality and thought process you must have on SWAT. The thinking on your feet and always being aware of the situation are alot more important than everything else.
